Giving Back: Canadian Parks And Wilderness Society

We love to work and play on our beautiful Canadian soil. We have partnered with CANADIAN PARKS AND WILDERNESS SOCIETY in order to help protect the nature that we enjoy.

Mission: CPAWS advocates for the effective, long-term protection of ecologically- and culturally-significant land. They work in a way that respects the sovereignty and leadership of Indigenous nations. We achieve our mission through knowledge-based advocacy, and public education and engagement, underpinned by collaboration and partnership.

Vision: At least half of land, freshwater and ocean in Canada is permanently protected to sustain nature and people for current and future generations.

What do they do?

Help make new parks and protected areas.
Ensure existing parks are well managed to protect the nature within them.
Work with all levels of government, Indigenous communities, and other environmental groups to develop new conservation solutions.
Work to advance conservation actions to protect species at risk and their habitat across Canada.
Promote the use of nature-based climate solutions that benefit biodiversity.
Reduce climate change impacts.
