Menu for Lahari Yoga Equinox Retreat

We are honoured to be providing Nourishment for Lahari Yoga during the auspicious Equinox Season. This shift into Fall invites slowing down, grounding and introspection.

Our menu compliments this with more root vegetables, long slow cooking with ginger, turmeric and garlic to ward off colds. Deep Nourishment in alignment with the season allows us to transition with ease.

This is one of the most Inspiring times of year to create menus ~ with so much locally available, Our Farm to Table mandate is easy to follow.

Kim Sheridan, the Founder of Lahari Yoga has been a guest on many Milagro Retreats. Her vibrant energy is a joy to witness and we hope to explore her teachings while Nourishing the Tribe!
