Our favourite Tea Blend from Harmonic Arts. Electrolyte and mineral rich. A fresh spring blend using the unique bounty of seasonal west coast herbs and seaweed.

HOW TO MAKE
Hot Infusions: Hot water is poured over herbs and allowed to steep for 5-15 minutes. Strain and serve. Strength is determined by the amount of herb used, typically 15-20g per 500ml of water.
Decoction: Lightly simmer herbs in water, just below boiling for 20-60 mins. Strain and serve. Typically 20-25g of tea per 500ml of water is used. Easily prepared in a pot on the stove.
Spearmint – Digestive and helps with nausea, calms without affecting alertness.
Bull Kelp– Rich in vitamins, minerals, and many phytonutrients.
Nettle tops– Cleansing, mineral and iron rich.
Lemon Balm– Calming; supports digestion, sleep, and mood levels.
Mugwort– Bitter digestive, eases anxiety/depressive states, painful menstruation, and protects against pathogenic organisms.
Cedar Tips – Used to cleanse the body and spirit, natural source of vitamin C.
Horsetail– Silica and overall mineral rich: promoting healthy skin, hair, and nails. Helps manage water retention.
