Makes 15 Cookies
Ingredients: *Pumpkin Seeds, *Erythritol, *Sprouted Flax, *Sprouted Chia, *Psyllium, *True Cinnamon, *Ginger, *Clove, *Allspice, *Nutmeg, Pure Ocean Aquifer Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Optional Embellishments ~ Add chopped Sprouted Walnuts & Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
OR add 1 heaping tsp of Organic Ginger and 1 Tbsp of molasses to make the best Keto Friendly Gingerbread Cookies!!

These cookies, both the Pumpkin Spice and the Chocolate flavor, are incredible!!
My doctor suggested more rest, water, gentle exercise/yoga, and perhaps eliminating sugar, gluten, and simple carbs from my diet for a little while. I’ve already been gluten-free for 14 years, and I’m not a sweet tooth by nature, so I wasn’t quite sure what shifts I could make.
I remembered Shani’s company, as they provided our meals over the course of our three-year yoga teacher training on Salt Spring Island 7 years ago. For the past two weeks, I’ve been eating a lot of veggies (which I always love), but have now shifted away from ‘normal’ gluten-free bread, baked goods, pastas, and crackers to hOMe GROWN LIVING FOODS’ cookies, muffinds, and breads.
The improvement in my overall health and energy levels are really noticeable. My digestion has improved, I am sleeping better, and I feel less anxious overall. Shani…I’ can’t thank you enough. Sending love from Vancouver. 🙂
