Another U-Bake Keto product that we are so excited to share with you. All the ingredients pre measured, ready to go! The process is so simple that by the time your oven is preheated, these low carb cookies are ready to bake. All you need to add is water and healthy fat!
Makes 15 Cookies
Ingredients: *Pumpkin Seeds, *Erythritol, *Sprouted Flax, *Sprouted Chia, *Psyllium, *True Cinnamon, *Ginger, *Clove, *Allspice, *Nutmeg, Pure Ocean Aquifer Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Melt 1/4 cup grass fed butter, coconut oil, ghee OR measure MCT oil…you will need 1/4 cup liquified oil
- Add 1/4 cup water and oil or ghee to the entire contents of the bag and stir to combine. Let sit for a few minutes
- Scoop onto parchment lined or greased cookie sheet
- Bake for 12 mins or until golden brown. Let sit for a few minutes
- Transfer to cooling rack and allow to cool before devouring
OR add 1 heaping tsp of Organic Ginger and 1 Tbsp of molasses to make the best Keto Friendly Gingerbread Cookies!!
