The most delicious low carb, flour free, simple to make Keto Pizza Crust. An Italian inspired dose of herbs makes this a flavour packed thin pizza crust that meets the low carb lifestyle. JUST ADD WATER 💧 By the time your oven is preheated, it is ready to bake.

Ingredients: *Sunflower Seeds, *Sprouted flax, *Psyllium, *Sprouted Chia, *Garlic, *Rosemary, Pure Ocean Aquifer Sea Salt, *Onion * = ORGANIC

Makes 2 x 10 inch Pizzas OR 1 very large pizza

MINDFUL PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  1. Add 1 cup of water and stir to combine. Let it sit for a few moments to allow the ingredients to bound together. The dough will be quite sticky. Divide the dough in 1/2
  2. Spread 1/2 inch thick on greased parchment lined baking sheet. Wet hands or an off set spatula works best
  3. Bake for 30 minutes then remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes to set, flip and peel off parchment paper
  4. Top with your favourite fixings and bake for another 12-15 minutes
  • For the 2nd round of baking, use a Pizza Stone OR a roasting pan with a perforated bottom to encourage airflow. This encourages a crispy crust!

SUGGESTED USES: Use this super tasty mix as a Gluten Free Low Carb Shake & Bake……

  1. Place 1/4 cup of the mix onto a plate
  2. Soak your animal protein of choice in a beaten egg and dredge through the pizza mix
  3. Bake or fry in coconut oil……YUM YUM!!!!!!

    I LOVE this pizza crust!! I have to eat G.F. and this is the BEST crust I’ve come across that has SUPER healthy ingredients, it’s doesn’t sit heavy in my stomach and I don’t feel bloated…my digestive system feels great after eating it…and has excellent texture, and is delicious! To prepare, it’s really easy and it even has a crunchy crust! I highly recommend it for anyone who has to eat G.F. and wants a low-carb crust as a bonus!

    Love this pizza crust. As someone who has to eat grain free, this allows me to have a rare treat. Good flavour and texture, and makes a good base for whatever you can or wish to put on it.

    Whether this is used as a pizza crust, or just a toasted crunchy piece of bread with your favourite topping (which is how I mostly use it), it truly is the most nutritious, delicious satisfying meal or snack EVER! You will not be disappointed! Somehow, hOMe Grown Foods hits it way “out of the park” every time!

    I picked this up on a whim at the store. My boyfriend loves pizza, but high carbohydrate foods cause some health issues for him. We tried it tonight and man is it GOOD. The flavour is incredible and addictive. We used a cookie sheet and spread the batter into two rectangular pizzas and made our own pizzas. They turned out great!

    The one thing my husband and I were missing the most was pizza and after finding your product I must say we have recreated pizza Friday’s for the better. The crust is amazing.

    I always make the whole bag on a raised cookie sheet to have yummy leftovers for lunch the next day.. cold even. Won’t ever go back to regular pizza.

    Spreading mixture on parchment paper and then sliding the round onto the pizza pan worked well. Nutty tasting and cut into wedges beautifully. Will definitely order this again.
