Being grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free and made from sprouted nuts, seeds, fruit and veggies, hOMe Grown meets the Paleo guidelines.

Q: How do you sprout nuts or seeds?

A:

By soaking our nuts & seeds for a variable amount of time in purified water, this activates or ‘wakes up’ them up. This releases digestive inhibitors, reduces lectins & phytic acids, making multiple times more nutrients bio available to your body.

Q: Why eat sprouted nut & seeds?

A:

What we eat is important, but what we digest & assimilate is a key to optimal health. Sprouted nuts& seeds have more bio available nutrients than un sprouted. They are more flavourful, crispy and shelf stable too!

On our land, deep in the forest of the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. Our facility is made of upcycled shipping containers, surrounded by nature.

Yes, our facility is Certified Organic by the Pacific Agricultural Certification Society (PACS).
