hOMe Grown Living Foods offers shipping services throughout Canada and the USA. Orders are shipped through a variety of courier companies, available for you to choose from during your check out process.  We have chosen to be transparent in our pricing and shipping costs – sourcing the best rates and passing them along to you without any additional charges, fees or handling costs.

hOMe Grown Living Food exists to provide you with the highest quality Organic and Sprouted Ingredients in a convenient and affordable way. From our hOMe to your hOMe with Love and Gratitude.

Orders are shipped direct from our Farm based facility on Vancouver Island, B.C. within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive your order within 5- 10 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped so that you may track your package online. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update. If you have not received your tracking info after 2 business days, please contact us at with your order number.


We ship  Monday – Friday (excluding stat holidays) through a variety of Couriers and Canada Post.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is automatically calculated by the weight of the order and your postal information.

Order Cancellation and Changes

Sorry, once an order has been placed, it is final. Please carefully look over your order before submitting! However, if you place an order and realize there is a mistake, reach out ASAP via email at or call us at 1-778-722-2060  and if it has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to meet your needs.

We have no order minimum so if you forgot something, you can always place another order.

Change of Shipping Address

If you require the shipment address to be changed once an order has been shipped, you will be charged a redirection fee. This fee is what the courier company charges us and ranges from $10 to $50 depending on your location. Please ensure that you type in the correct shipping address upon checkout.

If the change of shipping is due to our mistake, you will have your order redirected to you at no charge….of course!


Items that are returned to hOMe Grown Living Foods due to the wrong address being entered by the customer or due the customer refusing the items or not picking them up from the Postal Outlet when carded, will incur additional shipping charges and/or restocking and processing fees.

If an item is damaged due to shipping, is incorrect or missing, you must report this at the time of receipt to us. hOMe Grown Living Foods will not be held responsible for any items that have not been reported within 7 days of receipt of your order.
