HOW DOES IT WORK

Our sunflower seeds are sprouted to release digestive inhibitors and dehydrated at low temperatures until crispy and shelf stable. They make a wonderful Bio Available Snack on the Go!

Sunflower seeds contain natural anti-oxidants, which help remove harmful oxidant molecules from the body. They are also an excellent source of essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals, especially vitamin E.

Suggested Use: As part of the base for our Cilantro Pesto, or any recipe calling for seeds. Or simply enjoy straight from the bag!

Simple, affordable and a great addition to any diet. I use the sunflower and hemp seeds to make my version of “sun truffles”, adapted from a recipe in The Everyday Ayurveda Cookbook. I know I’m buying high quality seeds and nuts when I buy hOMe GROWN – thanks Shani for your good work!
