An authentic Sambar curry blend of aromatic South Indian spices. Grown on small organic family farms, and hand harvested in the current year this curry is full of flavour.

Colourful, and fragrant with a medium heat index this blend may be used in most dishes requiring exotic flavour including rice, tofu, meats, and grains.

The medicinal herbs in curry blends have been used for centuries as an anti-inflammatory. Curry spices were also found to have other medicinal benefits for the treatment of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and indigestion.
