Organic Garlic Powder

Gathering Place’s  Organic Garlic Powder comes from their Farmers’ Cooperative in Northern India. The garlic is hand harvested, dried and powdered, and then shipped directly from the farms, ensuring the freshest current years harvest.

This potent, savoury and robust Garlic Powder is perfect in any dish you’d normally use garlic cloves.  In place of one fresh garlic clove, use 1/2 tsp garlic powder
