These Pecans are soaked for 12 hours and dehydrated at low temperatures for 36 hours to to neutralize the enzyme inhibitors and phytic acid leaving them light, crispy, easy to digest.

Rich in manganese, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and selenium.

Out of everything I added to my shipment these were by far the best, though everything was great. Easy on the stomach, nice flavour and crunch.

Another great choice for summer salads. What I really like about these pecans they are tender and full of flavor and feels good to know I am nourishing my body with sprouted food. I’ll be trying the Pecan Butter recipe next!
