Organic Erythritol is a natural sweetener found in fruits and fermented foods. With only 6% of the calories of sugar, it still contains 70% of the sweetness.

It has a Zero Glycemic Index, which means no affect on blood sugar and insulin levels.

Most sugar alcohols cause digestive issues. In the colon, they are fermented by the resident bacteria which can produce gas and bloating.
