I’m encouraging my husband to eat more pumpkin seeds, as these are already soaked and dehydrated, it makes it easy for him to increase his zinc intake in a thoroughly enjoyable way, and his prostate is happier for it. My favourite zinc supplement! I have them on my desk in a jar with dried cranberries and can help myself when I feel like it. Best pumpkin seeds I’ve tasted!
