Pumpkin seeds are rich in magnesium and phosphorus, and a great source of iron and zinc.
They are also an excellent source of B-complex group of vitamins such as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine) and folates. These vitamins work as co-factors for various enzymes during cellular substrate metabolism in the human body.
Activated by soaking for 6 hours to release digestive inhibitors. Then dehydrated at low temperatures until crispy and shelf stable.
Pumpkin seeds contain good amounts of essential minerals like copper, manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and selenium.
Suggested Use: As part of the base for our Cilantro Pesto, in any recipe calling for seeds or straight from the bag
