La Lupa Via Yoga & Wellness Retreat Menu Autumn is our favourite time of year to Cater. All the hard work put into growing the produce in our Gardens and other Local Farmers is rewarded with abundant harvests. This is the 3rd year that we have had the pleasure of Nourishing Teresa Campbell’s Women’s Sacred Medicine Retreat in Tofino. Her approach to facilitating is rooted in earth medicine and it is such an honour to provide deep nourishment for her Tribe. The menus was all about slow roasted root veggies, wild crafted mushrooms and kale.
