    I have traditionally used the flesh of a fresh coconut to blend with spices to make curries, but now I use cashews instead , and it’s a creamy and more healthy alternative. It also tastes delicious!

    I love ALL the sprouted nuts and seeds I have tried from HOMe Grown. These cashews are so perfect in the mix I make on my own: throw in all my nuts and seeds of choice (not the jungle peanuts ’cause they seem to burn) into a frying pan with a light olive oil and LIGHTLY toast them with my favorite spices of the day. The cashews are awesome like this! Crunchy and fresh as they all are!
