They are also an excellent source of B-complex group of vitamins such as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine) and folates. These vitamins work as co-factors for various enzymes during cellular substrate metabolism in the human body.

Activated by soaking for 6 hours to release digestive inhibitors. Then dehydrated at low temperatures until crispy and shelf stable.

Pumpkin seeds contain good amounts of essential minerals like copper, manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and selenium.

The Process

First we soak the pumpkin seeds in order to activate the Life Force, then we rinse away impurities. After they have been activated we place them on sheets in our dehydrator. They are dehydrated LOW and SLOW in order to keep them shelf stable, light and crisp!
