Healthy Holiday Baking Ideas!

keto cookies

As the holidays quickly approach we’re sharing some healthy holiday baking ideas! We’re featuring the sweet goodness of our Keto U-Bake Cookies minus the sugar. We recently received a customer request for a Keto Friendly Gingerbread Cookie Recipe (Thanks Grant) So we got in the kitchen and started playing…..

Many recipes later, Shani circled back to our Pumpkin Spice Keto U-Bake Cookies with a couple additions and BOOM ~ they worked!

These EASY to make Cookies already have all the right spices. By Simply adding another heaping tsp Ginger Powder and 1 Tbsp Organic Molasses, they magically become Keto U-Bake Gingerbread Cookies. The added molasses adds less than 1 net carb/cookie and is high in iron, selenium and copper ~ all beneficial for healthy bones.

Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

Our new Sugar Free Chocolate Chips make a great addition to both flavours of Keto U-Bake Cookies ~ just add 2 Tbsp with the oil & water.

They also help turn both the Sunflower & Pumpkin Keto Buns into decadent scones. We like to add 1/4 cup along with 1/4 cup Erythritol, 1/2 cup chopped Sprouted Walnuts and 1/4 cup Coconut.

These little gems also inspired our new Chocolate Chip Keto Cookies, Another U-Bake product that just requires oil & water. If you prefer to bake from scratch, we have included the recipe below…..
