Keto U-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies

Our Sugar Free Chocolate Chips have inspired another Keto U-Bake Cookie. Our new Chocolate Chip Keto Cookies are as easy to make as their siblings Double Chocolate & Pumpkin Spice. Just add melted coconut oil, grass fed butter or ghee & water. Shape & Bake.

By the time your oven is heated, they are ready to bake. 1/2 hour start to finish for fresh from the oven healthy cookies that won’t spike blood sugar!

Here is the recipe:

Makes 15 Cookies
1 3/4 cups Sprouted Sunflower Seeds ~ finely ground to a flour
1/4 cup Erythritol
2 Tbsp Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
2 Tbsp Sprouted Flax
1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
1 Tbsp Sprouted Chia
2 tsp Psyllium
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Vanilla Powder
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup water

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine ingredients and allow to sit for a couple minutes to bind together
3. Grease baking sheet or line with parchment paper
4 Scoop, shape and Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool a bit before removing from the baking sheet
